The 3.6L has an oil cooler though, and that surely would keep the oil temps closer the water temps than the 5.7L without one. But you never know, they probably added that oil cooler because the 3.6L runs it's oil hotter than acceptable and the cooler is cheap and just enough to get the oil temps within acceptable limits.
