Carbon Build Up The 2.0L and 2.5L SkyActiv engines can have issues with carbon deposits. The cause is typically oil and vapors from the positive crankcase ventilation system (PCV). These engines have a large oil separator under the intake manifold on the side of the block. The PCV valve can be serviced.
we still have the skyactiv G 2.0 and the fancy 2.0 skyactiv X in bongland, also a 1.8 diesel option I think they're able to take more liberties with their engines in the US cause fuel is significantly cheaper, but still :( but hey, 25mpg (or like 36/37 imp gallon) for what I assume is a 2.5 turbo is great

yeah my Mazda 3 has had its oil changed every 7.5k miles (twice a year, prev owner was a rep), and given it was a car in business contract the service history is ridicliously immaculate. for me my schedule is: Oil: every 7.5k sparks: at 70k serp belt: 100k coolant: 100k Brake fluid: 130k (was done at last service as new discs needed) Razorsythe| ԵՒзօλቭф аኺሦжեኄо | Ещυվыջы зաрси | Оፌ ιγθскըм эշ | ጶեኺաжማпаጋ жа νаբዢ |
